Obiectul prezentei proceduri il constituie achizitia unor echipamente AMR complet echipate cu dispozitiv de preluare impulsuri din contor, conectori etc., impreuna cu serviciile de instalare, dezinstalare, mentenanta si suport pentru componentele hardware si software ale echipamentelor AMR, dezvoltare protocol contor nou, care sa permita colectarea de date din contoarele existente si transmiterea datelor in aplicatia AMR existenta in cadrul entitatii contractante.
