La livrare produsele vor fi insotite de urmatoarele inregistrari de calitate: • emise de fabricant: - Certificat de Conformitate/ Certificat de Origine/ Declaratie de Conformitate CE/ Certificat RoHS/ Buletine de Analiza (dupa caz); - Certificat de Garantie (care sa indice in clar produsele livrate); • emise de furnizori: - Declaratie de conformitate CE, emisa de reprezentantul autorizat al fabricantului in spatiul economic european, daca nu este emisa de fabricant; - Certificat de Garantie (care sa indice in clar produsele livrate), daca nu este emis de fabricant. // Garantia produselor va fi de 12 luni de la livrare. On delivery, products shall be accompanied by the following quality records: • issued by the manufacturer: - Certificate of Conformance/ Certificate of Origin/ EC Declaration of Conformance/ RoHS Certificate/ Analysis Reports (where applicable); - Certificate of Warranty (that clearly indicates the delivered products); • issued by the supplier: - EC Declaration of Conformance, issued by the authorized representative in the european economical area, if not issued by the manufacturer; - Certificate of Warranty (that clearly indicates the delivered products), if not issued by the manufacturer. The validity warranty of product has to be 12 months from delivery.
