MATERIALE CONSUMABILE DENTARE Materiale consumabile stomatologice esentiale pentru desfasurarea optima a activitatii in Ambulatoriul de Stomatologie al Spitalului Clinic Judetean de Urgenta Cluj. Nu vor fi acceptate oferte a caror valoare financiara depaseste valoarea estimata. Nu sunt admise oferte partiale. In oferta financiara, operatorul economic va preciza daca este platitor de TVA. Propunerea financiara va fi exprimata in lei, fara TVA. Ofertantii participanti cu stoc de produse. Ofertantii participanti cu experienta in domeniu. Ofertantul desemnat castigator are obligatia de a publica oferta de pret si in catalogul electronic SEAP, mentionand in descriere numarul anunțului ADV. Oferta va fi intocmita exclusiv pe baza produselor si cantitatilor specificate in centralizatorul de necesar anexat la prezentul anunt, respectarea acestora fiind obligatorie. Plata se va efectua prin OP la 60 de zile de la data receptiei produselor. Ofertele se vor transmite la adresa de e-mail: [email protected],va rugam ca in titlul e-mailului sa specificați: „Nr. Anunt …… ”. Ofertantul desemnat castigator are obligatia de a publica oferta de pret si in catalogul electronic SEAP, mentionand in descriere numarul anunțului ADV.
