Se va asigura un serviciu de intretinere RTC lunar (revizie tehnica curenta), conform PT ISCIR R2-2010, pentru 1 (un) ascensor hidraulic de persoane, sarcina 450 kg x 2 statii, din incinta Caminului de Batrani Zadareni, Loc. Zadareni, judetul Arad. Serviciile de mentenanta se vor executa conform PT R2/2010. Interventiile curente lunare vor fi consemnate in cartea de supraveghere a ascensorului.
