Western North Carolina Veterans Cemetery -Phase 2 Repairs The basic project scope as described in the drawings and specifications shall include but is not limited to various work at the Chapel: reroofing with a prefinished standing seam metal roof; replacement of gutters and downspouts; inspection, repair and refinishing of existing wood fascias and exterior window and door trim; inspections and repair of exterior sealants; replacement of existing exterior wood sills; and, application of an applied interior vinyl window film to a portion of the Chapel windows.

An open, non-mandatory, in-person only pre-bid meeting will be held for all interested bidders on Tuesday, November 3, 2026 at 3PM onsite at 962 Old US Hwy 70, Black Mountain, NC 28711. The meeting will address project specific questions, issues, bidding procedures and bid forms and include a site visit to review the project. Electronic files (in PDF format) of the bid documents will be provided to bidders free of charge.
