Overview
NCCIW: Dormitories D, E, F & G Fire Alarm Replacement The existing conventional fire alarm systems in dormitories D, E, F, and G were installed in 1994 and are now obsolete. Because these systems have reached the end of their lifespan, it is recommended that they be entirely replaced with new addressable fire alarm systems. All design and administration will be performed by the Division of Engineering, Construction & Maintenance (DECM).
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held for all interested bidders on 11/4/2026 at 9:00 am at NCCIW- Administration Building Conference Room, 1034 Bragg Street, Raleigh, NC 27610. The meeting will address project specific questions, security, issues, bidding procedures and bid forms. Failure to attend the Pre-Bid Conference will disqualify your company from bidding.
