The contract comprises 2 lots. Lot 1 consists of works to equip a research building for sustainable gases with heating, cooling, and ventilation. This lot also includes the works to equip the building with a compressed air system, a gas pipeline, and a sanitary installation. Lot 2 consists of works to equip the research building with access control, burglar alarm systems, fire protection, surge protection, general electricity, lighting, a data network, and energy monitoring.

De opdracht omvat 2 percelen. Perceel 1 bestaat uit werken om een onderzoeksgebouw voor duurzame gassen te voorzien van verwarming, koeling en ventilatie. Dit lot omvat ook de werken om het gebouw te voorzien van een persluchtinstallatie, een gasleiding en een sanitaire installatie. Perceel 2 bestaat uit werken om het onderzoeksgebouw te voorzien van toegangscontrole, inbraakbeveiliging, brandbeveiliging, overspanningsbeveiliging, algemene elektriciteit, verlichting, datanetwerk en energiemonitoring.
