Overview
Stichting IJmare is voornemens een nieuw schoolgebouw te realiseren voor Dalton KC Brederode te Santpoort-Zuid. Het huidige schoolgebouw moet grotendeels worden gesloopt, waarna ca. 1781 m2 nieuwbouw in houtskeletbouw wordt gerealiseerd en het te behouden deel van ca. 454 wordt gerenoveerd. Daarmee ontstaat één integraal gebouw van ca. 2.235 m2. Tijdens de realisatie blijft het te behouden deel in gebruik. 2.235 m2
