Procurement Act 2023
Direct award This contract is awarded as we engaged the market under a UK2 notice for a managed service but pivoted from the approach due to the need for a direct contract with the manufacturer, offering improved collaboration on potential future developments. Through the market engagement, we confirmed there is a single manufacturer capable of direct supply for liquid phase N2O monitoring devices which have been tested in the UK Water industry.
