The Contracting Authority herewith invites you to submit a Request for Participation in tendering procedure no. T62248 for the provision of Mountain Flying Courses. The intended contract will be valid for a period of 4 years, with the option to extend the contract with a maximum of 3 years.
The Royal Netherlands Air Force (RNLAF) has a program to train young aviators to become operational military helicopter pilots. This training program lacks a proper preparation for mountain flying. To make sure the RNLAF helicopter pilots receive the essential training, this tender requests three types of training: 1. Training course 1: Initial Mountain Flying Pilot course; 2. Training course 2: Mountain Flying Instructor course; 3. Loadmaster training: Initial Mountain Flying Loadmaster course.
