The works will modify the existing kitchen layout, supply and install additional catering grade kitchen equipment. Services and finishes will also be upgraded to accord. The entire works are confined to the kitchen area, adjoining plant room and adjoining external pathway. The works include: - Disconnection, temporary removal and subsequent reinstallation at new locations of existing sink and whb. -Upgrade of wall finishes, cladding etc. -Additions and modifications to plumbing and electrical services -Minor external drainage modifications -Supply and instillation of catering grade kitchen equipment; including Ovens, Fridges, Freezers, Hob's, Fryers, Dishwashers, Stainless Steel Tables, Stainless Steel Racks, Grease Traps, Extraction Canopy etc.
