Livrarea se va face in termen de maxim 5 zile lucratoare de la finalizarea achizitiei in SEAP; 2. Vor depune oferte numai operatorii economici care pot oferta si livra produsele care indeplinesc in totalitate specificatiile tehnice; 3. Ofertele care nu indeplinesc cerintele mentionate nu vor fi luate in considerare. 4.Plata se va face doar in baza facturii emisa si transmisa prin sistemul naţional RO e-Factura, potrivit prevederilor OUG nr. 120/2021, aprobată cu modificări prin Legea nr. 139/2022.
