This Contract Award Notice is acting as a Modification Notice under Article 72 of 2014/24/EU to RFT ID 239975 Multi Supplier Framework Agreement for the Provision of Record Management Services (RFT 239975 - PROJ000008692 - MC for Record Management Services for Dublin City Council - FSU058F-26) Dublin City Council Ran a Mini competition form an OGP Framework in 2023 for Record Management Services. This contract was modified in November 25 by €124,523 at 49.5% This modification is further increased by €125,738 at 50% . Each modification does not exceed 50% of the contract value. Dublin City Council is relying on Article 72(1) c where all of the following conditions are fulfilled: (i) the need for modification has been brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority could not foresee; (ii) the modification does not alter the overall nature of the contract; (iii) any increase in price is not higher than 50% of the value of the original contract or framework agreement. Where several successive modifications are made, that limitation shall apply to the value of each modification. Such consecutive modifications shall not be aimed at circumventing this Directive.” Under Article 72 (1)c the need for this modification has risen due to unforeseen circumstances; increased departmental requirements for digitisation services that was not anticipated at the time of the original contract award. The proposed change does not alter the overall nature of the contract. It builds upon the existing scope of records management services . The price increase will not exceed 50% of the original contract value. However any increase in price shall not exceed 50% of the value of the original contract . Where several successive modifications are made, that limitation shall apply to the vale of each modification. Such consecutive modifications shall not be aimed at circumventing this Directive.
