Numarul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor: 10 zile calendaristice. Numarul de zile până la care AC va raspunde in mod clar si complet la solicitarile de clarificari transmise de ofertanti, inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor : 7 zile calendaristice .
