Cette mission de maîtrise d'oeuvre concerne la réhabilitation d'un bâtiment Rue Mozart à Metz destiné à accueillir le futur siège administratif de MOSELLE FIBRE. L'opération porte sur la restructuration intérieure du bâtiment, son adaptation aux besoins fonctionnels du Syndicat, sa mise en conformité réglementaire, son amélioration énergétique, ainsi que la réalisation des aménagements permettant l'accueil des services administratifs. Le coût global prévisionnel de l'opération est estimé à 2,392 MEuros HT environ, dont 2,080 MEuros HT maximum de travaux. A titre indicatif, l'installation de MOSELLE FIBRE dans ses nouveaux locaux est souhaitée en février 2028.
