Dans le cadre de son activité d’Ingénierie de projet, Cap Sciences travaille actuellement à la création et la diffusion d’un programme de médiation scientifique autour des énergies décarbonées et en particulier nucléaires, sur la région Normandie, en partenariat avec le Centre de Sciences le Dôme et l’Université de Caen. Ces actions sont intégrées au programme d’actions 3NC 2030 : Nucléaire, Normandie, Nouvelles Compétences et soutenu par la Région Normandie. L’un des dispositifs du programme de médiation consiste en un format totémique itinérant qui est l’objet de ce présent cahier des charges : PULSE.
