Requiring fees proposal for: - valuation of two land plots as per the provided drawings / sketches (approximate 2.0 ha each plot, for the provision of a Park and Share scheme on each plot. - negotiating settlements on behalf of the Contracting Authority with property owners and their advisors and acquisition of the same through agreement - part of negotiation is presenting to the landowners a brief comparison of acquiring the land through CPO rather than through agreement. Both landowners have expressed interest in selling the land in principle, while meeting KNRO representants, approximately 1 month ago. No price has been mentioned during those meetings. Tenderers must upload their submissions in a zipped file format
