SCK CEN planifie la construction du projet MINERVA (www.myrrha.be), objet du présent appel d'offres. MINERVA comprend deux parties principales : l'accélérateur linéaire de protons de 100 MeV (ACC) et le Centre d'applications MINERVA (MAC). Deux marchés sont préparés : le premier concerne la construction des bâtiments (Lot 1, PP1) et le second, les systèmes conventionnels et les finitions du bâtiment du MAC (Lot 2, PP2). Le Lot 1 constitue la dernière étape de la procédure d'appel d'offres. Le présent appel d'offres, le Lot 2, a pour objet : Pour l'ACC : la fabrication, la livraison, l'installation et la mise en service de tous les systèmes secondaires (domaines : procédés, CVC et confinement dynamique, électricité, instrumentation et contrôle, plomberie et assainissement, équipements du bâtiment (ponts, ascenseurs, portes blindées, etc.), sécurité incendie, sûreté et durabilité). Pour MAC : fabrication, livraison, installation et mise en service de tous les systèmes secondaires (domaines : procédés, CVC et confinement dynamique, électricité, instrumentation et contrôle, plomberie et assainissement, équipements du bâtiment (ponts, ascenseurs, portes blindées, etc.), sécurité incendie, sûreté et durabilité ; et finitions de la structure du bâtiment (chapes, cloisons sèches, revêtements de sol, enduits, faux plafonds, etc.). Le coût du PP2 est supérieur à 25 millions d’euros. Deux séances d’information auront lieu : le 23 juin 2026 en présentiel et le 30 juin 2026 via Teams. PP1 is at the end of the tender procedure. The objective of this tender, being PP2, is: For ACC: manufacturing, delivering, installation and commissioning of all secondary systems (disciplines: process, HVAC & dynamic confinement, electrical, instrumentation and control, plumbing and sewers, building equipment (e.g. cranes, lifts, shielding doors, …), fire safety, security and sustainability). For MAC: manufacturing, delivering, installing and commissioning of all secondary systems (disciplines: process, HVAC & dynamic confinement, electrical, instrumentation and control, plumbing and sewers, building equipment (e.g. cranes, lifts, shielding doors, …), fire safety, security and sustainability; and finishing of the constructed shell / structure of the building (e.g. screeds, dry-walls, floor finishings, coatings, suspended ceilings, …) itself. Voor MAC: fabricage, levering, installatie en inbedrijfstelling van alle secundaire systemen (disciplines: proces, HVAC & dynamische insluiting, elektra, instrumentatie en besturing, sanitair en riolering, gebouwinstallaties (bijv. kranen, liften, afschermdeuren, …), brandveiligheid, beveiliging en duurzaamheid; en afwerking van de gebouwde constructie (bijv. dekvloeren, gipsplaten, vloerafwerkingen, coatings, systeemplafonds, …). De kosten van PP2 bedragen meer dan 25 miljoen euro. Er zullen twee informatiesessies plaatsvinden: op 23 juni 2026, fysiek, en op 30 juni 2026 via TEAMS.
