Oferta se va face pe toate produsele. Furnizarea se va face la sediul S.T.P.F. Botoșani, str. Sucevei, nr. 2. In cazul in care ofertantul castigator nu respecta termenul de livrare, respectiv maxim 2-3 zile de la data comenzii, autoritatea contractanta isi rezerva dreptul de a respinge oferta ca fiind inacceptabila sau, dupa caz, de a anula comanda. Valabilitatea produselor ofertate: MINIM UN AN DE LA LIVRARE. Facturarea obligatorie prin e-factura.
