De dienstverlening houdt het volgende in: Opdrachtnemer adviseert de provincie over de inzet van betaalde media en verzorgt de volledige inkoop en plaatsing van deze media. Hierbij wordt rekening gehouden met de diversiteit aan opdrachten binnen de provinciale organisatie en wordt gewerkt met maatwerkadvies.
