The Mechanical Services Maintenance Contract is for planned, responsive and cyclical repairs to heating, hot water, ventilation, and air-conditioning services. All PPM is to be completed in accordance with SFG20 standard maintenance specification for building engineering services. The contract is for maintaining plant and equipment 24-hours per day, 7-days per week, 365-days per year and includes emergency call outs outside normal working hours. Renewal: The contract term will be for 3 years. There will be provision for up to two annual extensions of 12 months each following the Initial Period (3+1+1).
The Electrical Services Maintenance Contract is for planned, responsive and cyclical repairs to the corporate buildings throughout the Borough. Renewal: There will be provision for up to two annual extensions of 12 months each following the Initial Period (3+1+1).
The Building Services Maintenance Contract is for planned, responsive and cyclical repairs to the building fabric on corporate buildings throughout the Borough 24-hours per day, 7-days per week, 365-days per year and includes emergency call outs outside normal working hours. Renewal: The contract term will be for 3 years. There will be provision for up to two annual extensions of 12 months each following the Initial Period (3+1+1).
