Produsele sa fie CU TERMEN DE VALABILITATE MINIM 12 LUNI - Autorizatie de punere pe piata eliberata de catre Ministerul Sanatatii conform legii nr. 95/2006 privind reforma in domeniul sanatatii - Livrarea produselor se va face in termen de 72 pre gratuit la sediul beneficiarului in baza comenzilor - Inlocuirea produselor necorespunzatoare calitativ sau a celor care prezinta vicii de fabricatie , se va face in termen de maxim 72 ore de la data reclamarii , pe cheltuiala furnizorului. furnizorul va transmite achitorului documentele care insotesc produsele , si anume factura fiscala , termen de valabilitate , certificat de garantie , documentele de certificare a calitatii , conform despozitiilor in vigoare.
