Evaluarea ofertelor se va face la valoarea totala fara TVA . Operatorul economic sa detina un cont deschis la trezoreria statului. Oferta trebuie sa fie valabila minim 60 de zile. Oferta care nu respecta specificatiile tehnice si CANTITATILE SOLICITATE in documentul atasat, precum si termenul de furnizare va fi considerata neconformă. OFERTELE VENITE DUPA DATA SI ORA MENTIONATE IN ANUNT NU VOR FI LUATE IN CONSIDERARE. Sumele prevazute sunt fara TVA. Valoarea ofertei se va face in suma totala fara TVA
Oferta va include si transportul la sediul SFICPPF IASI. din strada George Cosbuc nr. 3-5, Iasi. PLATA se va face PRIN TREZORERIE. LIVRAREA se va face intre 1-5 zile DE LA DATA COMENZII. IN CAZUL IN CARE INTERMEN de 5 zile DE LA DATA COMENZII NU SE LIVREAZA produsele, COMANDA SE ANULEAZA SI SE TRECE LA URMATORUL CLASAT. După emiterea facturii, aceasta va fi transmisă prin sistemul național privind factura electronică RO e-Factura. Plata se va face cu ordin de plata, intre 30 -60 de zile de la emitere factura, prin trezorerie.
