Receptia produselor se va efectua pe baza avizului de insotire a marfii , la sediul autoritatii contractante, pe str. Varful cu Dor nr.10 ,Municipiul Constanta . Daca produsul nu corespunde specificatiilor cerute, achizitorul are dreptul de a-l respinge, iar furnizorul are obligatia de a înlocui produsul refuzat în termen de maxim 2 zile lucratoare de la refuzarea acestuia, fara a modifica pretul .
Conditii de plata Plata se va efectua cu OP, in termen de 30 de zile de la emiterea in sistemul RO E-factura si inregistrarea facturii fiscale la sediul autoritatii contractante .
