Om tot een goede aanbestedingsvraag te komen, organiseren wij deze marktconsultatie. Met deze marktconsultatie willen wij kennis en inzichten ophalen bij marktpartijen met ervaring op het gebied van telefonie en callcenteroplossingen. De opgehaalde inzichten gebruiken wij om onze uitgangspunten te toetsen en waar nodig aan te scherpen.
