Marktconsultatie - Boa OV basisopleiding, RTGB en Boa-OV PHB Kleurspoor rood ProRail beheert het Nederlandse spoorwegnet en zorgt voor een veilig en betrouwbaar treinverkeer. De afdeling Verkeersleiding – Incidentenbestrijding (ICB) voorkomt en handelt 24/7 (dreigende) incidenten af. Boa’s binnen ICB handhaven langs het spoor, bij overwegen en op emplacementen, met bevoegdheden volgens Domein IV en aanvullende politiebevoegdheden. Sinds april 2025 werken zij volgens de PHB-structuur met praktijkgerichte modules (kleurspoor ROOD). Landelijk zijn circa 50-60 Boa’s actief, verdeeld over vier regio’s. ntb
