Overview

Oslo municipality c/o the Agency for Urban Environment is in the planning phase of a new framework agreement for the renovation of noise reduction screens. The Agency for Urban Environment has carried out a mapping work on the noise reduction screens in the municipality. It was here mapped ownership of the screens. For the noise screens that were registered as municipal, the condition degree on the noise screens was assessed. Based on this mapping, we see that there is a need to rehabilitate several of the noise screens in order for them to do the utilitary of screening for noise to nearby residents. In order to set the correct environmental requirements and evaluate price correctly, we would like answers to the attached questions. See annex 1 and annex 2. We make aware that all information provided by you is treated confidentially and is only meant for use in preparation for a coming competition.  The replies will not affect how we assess any future tenders. The Agency for Urban Environment has a duty of confidentiality on information regarding technical devices and procedures, as well as operational or business conditions that will be of competitive importance to keep secret, cf. The Public Administration Act § 13 first section no. 2.
