Oslo municipality c/o the Agency for Finance and Management invites tenderers to a written market dialogue for the procurement of hire/leasing of multi-function machines. The current contract expires 1 April 2027 and a new contract is needed that covers all the entities in Oslo municipality ́s need for print out, copy and scanning by email. The municipality would like to cover its needs in a more sustainable way, including reducing climate and environmental impact, extending the lifetime of existing equipment, repairing, sharing, re-use and purchasing more sustainable products.    The need for multi-function machines in the municipality varies from small offices that require a simple table model to large schools that require larger machines with post-processors who can print, scan and copy larger amounts of paper. In addition, some entities have a need to secure systems, as sensitive information and personal information are handled. A selection of the machines must therefore be able to be connected to a secure network.
