The Division of BioAnalytical Chemistry (BAC) of the Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Sciences department, has the intention to acquire a state-of-the-art liquid chromatography – ion mobility filter – high mass, ultra-high resolution mass spectrometer (LC-IMF-UHRMS) platform for the separation, identification, and characterization of a large variety of molecules with an emphasis on large molecular constructs such as intact, native (glyco)proteins and protein complexes, and protein aggregates. The dedicated technology also include high-throughput top-down proteomics (TDP) approaches for efficient and in-depth proteoform characterization. 1
