TenneT's Market Consultation consists of 2 Phases, a closed procedure with a limited group of Market Parties and an open procedure where the entire market can respond: Phase 1a: Invited a limited group of Market Parties to respond to the envisioned scope, and the envisioned high level procurement approach, as described in the attached Scope Document; Phase 1b: Live presentation of limited group of Market Parties to discuss the envisioned scope, and the envisioned high level procurement approach; Phase 1c: Written answers of limited group of Market Parties to questions of TenneT; Phase 2: Publish the anonimized summary and conclusions of Phase 1 , and invite the entire market to respond. This input will be taken into account in the design of the upcoming tender(s).
