TII is seeking to establish a contract for the delivery of Specialist Heritage Works for a duration of twelve (12) years to support the delivery of the MetroLink Programme. The M190 Specialist Heritage contract is required to support the successful preparation of sites across Dublin. TII is seeking to appoint a Contractor to deliver the effective management of heritage constraints that must be safeguarded in situ or removed and securely stored and subsequently reinstated during the later stages of the programme. The twelve (12) year duration is to support the MetroLink programme and align with the M400 and M500 contract durations. The contract will be procured as a standalone NEC4 Term Service Contract (TSC), using the Negotiated Procedure with Prior Call for Competition pursuant to Regulation 46 of SI 286/2016 (European Union (Award of Contracts by Utility Undertakings) Regulations 2016).TII will conduct a pre-qualification process followed by inviting a shortlisted number of Applicants to respond to an Invitation to Tender. While TII is utilizing a Negotiated Procedure, it retains the right, at its sole discretion, to forego negotiations. This procurement is conducted under the Negotiated Procedure with Prior Call for Competition pursuant to Regulation 50 of SI 286/2016 (European Union (Award of Contracts by Utility Undertakings) Regulations 2016). The contract will be awarded as a NEC4 Term Service Contract (TSC) Option A. Procurement documents will be made available on the MetroLink e­Sourcing Portal at MetroLink. This Contract Notice relates to M190 Specialist Heritage contract forming part of the MetroLink Programme. The M190 contractor will be required to interface with other MetroLink delivery contracts including M100 Advanced and Enabling Works, M400 and M500, as specified in the procurement documents. TII reserves the right to cancel this procurement at any time prior to contract award without incurring any liability to applicants or tenderers.
