Overview
Nottingham City Council is seeking to appoint a contractor to deliver the design, pre-construction and construction services associated with Bulwell Town Centre Improvements. The works comprises all associated building works, mechanical and electrical installations, external works, commissioning and handover requirements. The Authority intends to procure the works through the SCAPE National Construction Framework in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
The project involves the delivery of public realm works. The appointed contractor will provide pre-construction services, cost planning, CDP input, programme development, construction services, testing, commissioning and defects rectification. The Authority reserves the right to phase the works and may include optional elements subject to funding approval. The procurement will be undertaken through the SCAPE National Construction Framework and awarded in accordance with the framework call-off provisions.
