Les traitements de surface sont bicolores (laqué blanc extérieur, incolore intérieur). Le bâtiment présente une structure mixte bois-béton et doit répondre aux exigences Minergie-ECO. Les prestations sont réalisées en site occupé, le bâtiment scolaire demeurant en exploitation durant toute la durée du chantier.
