A mandatory pre-proposal in-person conference will be held Monday, November 2, 2026 at 9:00 AM MST. A site visit will follow. Vendors must attend in order to submit a proposal. The project is dependent on E-rate funding, and vendors must allocate any non-E-rate eligible costs. The district reserves the right to cancel the RFP at any time.
