To provide replacement lighting installation and emergency lighting for the works in Request for Tender. The project includes survey, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, certification, and disposal of redundant equipment. The Contracting Authority intends to appoint a suitably qualified contractor to undertake an upgrade of existing lighting infrastructure. The works will include replacement of existing lighting fittings with energy-efficient LED luminaires and upgrade of emergency escape lighting systems to ensure compliance with current legislation and standards. The contractor shall provide all labour, materials, equipment, testing, commissioning, certification, and associated services necessary to complete the works.
