Overview

The Bank is seeking a strategic learning and development partner (“Strategic Partner”) to support the organisation in developing a forward-looking and evidence-based approach to workforce capability development. This includes supporting with the design, delivery and continuous evolution of high-quality learning and development solutions, to meet both our current and evolving needs in leadership, management, professional and behavioural skills development.

The Central Bank intends to shortlist five (5) Candidates. Shortlisted Candidates will be invited to participate in the next stage of the Competition, pursuant to which the Central Bank intends to appoint one successful Tenderer to the Framework.
