Overview

This consultancy framework has been set up to provide the management services necessary to develop, tender and construct projects from the Estates Programme. This is a programme of projects across the University’s campuses that includes a range of requirements from formal teaching spaces, learning spaces, staff offices, breakout/informal study areas, workshops, laboratories, student social spaces, support spaces, performance spaces, and external areas. The Framework is divided into lots broken down into individual disciplines. Due to CDP system restrictions which only allows one date to be entered: The Date signed for each lot = the latest date on which the final contract across all lots was signed.
