Ab einem geschätzten Auftragswert von 50.000,00 Euro ohne Umsatzsteuer wird der Auftraggeber für den Bieter, auf dessen Angebot der Zuschlag erteilt werden soll, einen Auszug aus dem Wettbewerbsregister anfordern. Die Größe einer Angebotsdatei darf 256 MB pro Datei nicht überschreiten. Eine maximale Größe der Datei des Angebots beschränkt sich auf ein 1 GB. Eine Übergabe des Angebots per Post/Telefax/E-Mail ist nicht zulässig.
