Uppdraget omfattar strategisk rådgivning och operativt stöd inom kommunikation, PR, marknadsföring och varumärkesutveckling. Leverantören ska kunna producera digitalt och tryckt kommunikationsmaterial, utveckla strategier för kommunikation, varumärke och digitala kanaler samt tillhandahålla kompetens inom webb, sociala medier och analys. Arbetet ska följa Älvstrandens visuella identitet och kommunikationsplattform samt gällande regelverk för kommunala verksamheter.
