De aanbesteding bestaat uit 2 percelen, namelijk: (perceel 1) Betreft het leveren van de standaardprogrammatuur kennismanagementsysteem UPLO. Dit met inbegrip van het implementeren (analyse en ontwerp, installatie, configuratie, integratie, datamigratie, test en acceptatie), adoptie, technisch beheer, onderhoud en beheersupport en additionele diensten, en (perceel 2) betreft het leveren van het IT-servicemanagement tool (hierna: ITSM Oplossing). Dit met inbegrip van het implementeren (analyse en ontwerp, installatie, configuratie, integratie, datamigratie, test en acceptatie, nazorg), adoptie, technisch beheer, onderhoud en support en additionele diensten ten behoeve van de ITSM Oplossing. Perceel 1 maximale omvang is € 4.725.000,- Perceel 2 maximale omvang is € 450.000,-
