De opdracht omvat het inregelen van de HMS Kantoorautomatisering dienst op basis van een DAAS inclusief een MDM gebruik makend van een Azure cloud oplossing die de connectie levert met de aanwezige devices/ voorzieningen. - 17 MFP - 42 vaste telefoons - 20 PC’s - 55 Laptops - 125 monitors - 77 E3 en 143 F3 licenties - 80 mobiele telefoons - 40 tablets - EUX monitoring - Siem/Soc - Netwerkvoorziening Een 10-15 tal koppelvlakken met SAAS applicaties en direct access AD services. In het programma van eisen staan de diverse producten die inschrijver dient te gebruiken om de kantoorautomatisering dienst vorm te geven en te leveren.
