Studiul se intocmeste conform cerintelor art.7 alin. (2) din Anexa la Ordin M.M.A.P. nr. 3147/2023. I.N.H.G.A. detine datele oficiale de debit pentru sectiunile vizate.
Ofertele vor fi considerate admisibile doar daca sunt respectate cerintele anuntului. Pretul ofertei este ferm. Se impune mentinerea valabilitatii ofertei pe o perioada de 30 de zile. Plata se va face cu OP in termen de 30 zile de la receptia serviciului/ lucrarii. si disponibilitatea descarcarii facturii din RO e -factura. Factura va conține obligatoriu codul CPV prevăzut
