Overview
Voor de instandhouding en het beheer van kunstwerken en natte infrastructuur voert Rijkswaterstaat (hierna RWS) regelmatig onderwaterinspecties uit. Hiervoor beschikt RWS over verschillende methodes en meetsystemen. In sommige situaties zijn deze systemen niet toereikend en worden duikers ingeschakeld. Inspecties door duikers zijn echter kostbaar, brengen veiligheidsrisico’s met zich mee en veroorzaken operationele hinder. Om efficiënter, veiliger en frequenter te kunnen inspecteren is er behoefte aan een compacte inspectieklasse ROV. Deze Marktconsultatie dient ter voorbereiding op de voorgenomen aanbesteding om een inspectieklasse ROV met dienstverlening in te kopen. 1
