De centrumgemeente 's-Hertogenbosch wil namens de gemeenten ’s-Hertogenbosch, Boxtel, Meierijstad, Sint- Michielsgestel en Vught (‘de regio Meierij’) met Wmo aanbieders een overeenkomst sluiten voor het binnen de Deelnemende gemeenten leveren van de volgende voorzieningen van gespecialiseerde Wmo (‘producten’): Product 1: Begeleiding Individueel Product 1a: Begeleiding Individueel extra Product 2: Begeleiding Groep Product 2a: Begeleiding Groep Extra Product 3: Kortdurend Verblijf Product 4: Vervoer (i.c.m. begeleiding groep of kortdurend verblijf) Zie aanmeldingsdocument.
