Overview

De aanbestedende dienst beoogt met deze aanbesteding een opdrachtnemer te contracteren voor de ondersteuning bij de inhuur van externe professionals. De dienstverlening omvat onder meer regie op het inhuurproces, matching van aanvragen, borging van compliance en dossiervorming, alsmede ondersteuning bij kwaliteits- en leveranciersmanagement. De omvang van de opdracht is gebaseerd op de historische inhuurvolumes van GGDZW over de jaren 2023 en 2024. De gemiddelde jaarlijkse inhuur bedraagt circa 6 miljoen exclusief btw. Hierbij is de pandemie-gerelateerde inhuur buiten beschouwing gelaten.
