Overview
Het Hout- en Meubileringscollege (hierna: HMC) met locaties in Amsterdam en Rotterdam is voornemens om een Europese openbare aanbestedingsprocedure te publiceren voor de inhuur van docenten. Aanleiding is dat de waarde van deze inhuur het Europese drempelbedrag voor leveringen en diensten overschrijdt. Door middel van publicatie van deze marktconsultatie wil het HMC achterhalen of marktpartijen geïnteresseerd zijn om op deze Europese openbare aanbestedingsprocedure in te schrijven. Op basis van het twee (2) tot vier (4) inhuuraanvragen per jaar.
