Overview

The company’s current SII calculation and reporting process is manual. In order to reduce personnel risks and manual work steps, the company is exploring the possibility of acquiring a software for SII calculation and reporting. This is not a contract notice or an invitation to tender, but a request for information (RFI) intended for potential suppliers. The purpose of the RFI is to survey the market and to gather information and comments from suppliers. Furthermore, the purpose of the RFI is to assess with market participants whether the requirements of the upcoming procurement are relevant in order to ensure a successful tendering process, which is estimated to take place during Q3 2026. No tenders are requested or accepted in response to this RFI. The contracting authority will not respond to comments or additional questions submitted. The RFI does not obligate the contracting authority to carry out a procurement or to implement it in the manner described in the RFI. The contracting authority is not obliged to take into account the responses received in the preparation of the invitation to tender. No compensation will be paid to respondents for replying to the RFI or for participating in any potential market dialogue event. Responding to the RFI does not bind the supplier to participate in any subsequent tendering process, nor is it a prerequisite for participation in a future tender. Responding or not responding to the RFI will not affect the supplier’s position in any future tendering process.
