Overview
The overall objective is to provide the Government of Nepal and the WASH sector with an independent evidence base and a practical decision pathway for the future of the Service Support Centre approach to rural water-service delivery. The assignment shall determine: what has been built; whether and how it works; what remains after project support is removed; and what government action would be required to institutionalise or replicate the functions that prove valuable.
The project focal area is Karnali Region of Nepal, while the scope of work includes work with Federal ministries in Kathmandu. Part of the work can be carried out from the service providers location. — anyw-cou
