Savills has been requested by Sheffield Hallam University to provide certain in-building M&E and Security services on a short-term basis at 3 Copper Square, Brent Cross, London NW2 1BY for a term of 6-months. Services include (per annum basis) 1280 hours to conduct PPM tasks; Lighting Control Systems, UPS, BMS & Controls, Air Conditioning, Automatic Doors, Turnstiles, Major Leak Detection, Repeater Panel and Disable Refuge Alarms and Security Patrols.
