Overview
The Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs (DAERA) requires the production and supply of services for the Northern Ireland Government Departments’ Exhibition at the Balmoral Show in 2027. The exhibition will be sited in Balmoral Park, Royal Ulster Agricultural Society (RUAS) Showgrounds at the Maze, Lisburn, Co Antrim. The first show is expected to take place from 19 to 22 May 2027, with the following two shows scheduled for mid-May 2028 and 2029. Suppliers should refer to the Specification Schedule for full detail on the requirements of this contract.
Renewal: Initial period of one (1) year expected to commence November 2026 with options to extend for two (2) further periods one year each, covering the Balmoral Shows in 2028 and 2029.
